On 10-29-2009 PACNET arrested two Ocean Park area subjects on Felony Narcotics Charges in the Ocean Park area.

Johnny W. Hartley, age 60, was arrested on three counts delivery of a controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Pacific County Jail.

Dianne C. Hartley, age 58, was arrested on three counts delivery of a controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Pacific County Jail.

All of the alleged violations occurred within 1000 feet of a school zone. If convicted these violations carry a mandatory two year sentence for each violation.

PACNET Deputies made application to search a residence in the Ocean Park area. It was determined PACNET proved probable cause for a search and the warrant was issued.

The search warrant was served at a residence in the 25200 block of Vernon Avenue in Ocean Park, WA. The warrant resulted in the seizure of a substantial amount of suspected methamphetamine, packaging, scales and cash.
